Order Guide:

1. Place your order via our website. Please allow 2 working days for us to get back to you.

2. A digital draft of your design will be sent to you via e-mail for your review and approval. Please check your Spam or Junk email folders for our e-mail.

3. We provide three complimentary rounds of revisions before we proceed with production. Subsequent revision will be charged at $10 per round.

Lead Time:

1. First draft will be issued for approval approx. 2 to 3 working days after you have placed your order.

2. Production will take about 5 to 7 working days.

Self-Collection:

1. Self-collection is currently unavailable, apologies for any inconvenience.

Delivery:

1. Doorstep delivery will be done by our personal fleet.

2. Delivery to Sentosa Island will require an additional fee of $10 per entry.
